All Internet Accounts are gone (Email, Calendar, etc). I cant press the "+" button (disabled). Same happens If I go to Mail (Preferences option disabled) and Calendar (Accounts disabled).

Thanks bfdulock, but the problem was solved by updating the iOS to Sierra High. That automatically fixes all the account issues without having to re add them and also increased the perfomance significantly.
You need to scroll down the list of account types on the right. At the bottom is a choice for "Add Other Account...".
When Apple first introduced the Internet Accounts preference I was also briefly puzzled by the greyed out +/- buttons.
