App store doesn’t accept my credit card information and I can’t update my applications because of that. Do you know the reason? May you help me,please?

Try selecting None for payment method to update apps.
Selecting None for payment method > Change or remove your Apple ID payment information - Apple Support
If you can't choose None when you edit your Apple ID payment information - Apple Support
