How long does it take for a refund from an in app purchase take to reach my bank account

an advisor proccessed a refund for an in app purchase worth £99.99 and I was wondering how long this would take, and if I should have had a confirmation email or do I just wait for an invoice

If you've been told that you will be refunded it can take seven to ten days or so for the refund to go back onto the card that was used for the purchase.
