how can i change my country/region when I have already cancel my subscription but it still doesn't let me change

I was living in the US last year but now I'm moving back to my country.

The apple store kept asking me to complete my payment information which I have been using the card of the bank in the US. Now I am back to my country and I no longer have such card with me and I wished to change the card to the one I have in my country. However I cannot do so because the country/region of the billing address information is still in the US and the system didn't let me change it. I cannot put the new billing address in my country because it doesn't match with the state's zip code in the US.


The system also suggest me to cancel the all subscription in which I have already did both monthly and annually type. I still cannot change my country/region in which is very troublesome for me because I cannot download any application at all even they are free.


So my question is is there any other way for me to change my country/region so it will match my billing address?

Please contact iTunes Store Chat Support, they will resolve this issue. your issue sounds you might have an unpaid order from your previous country recent purchase. As you're not having previous country payment card, this can be resolved from iTunes Chat Support.
