Swahili keyboard for iphone 4s

I have an iphone 4s and would like to have a Swahili keyboard on it which does not exist on the available keyboards on the 4s. I can't get gboard as it need iOS10 and the 4s won't ungrade to iOS 10.

Can anyone suggest how I could get a Swahili keyboard on the 4s?

Yes I am well aware that the device is not the newest.

But thought there might still be a possibility to add a language to it instead of discarding the phone an creating more waste! It serves me for what I need to do and I don't need more, just an additional language keyboard
