This is a user-to-user support forum. No one here can stop any charges but the following may help.

If the only indication of the charges is from an email or text, be aware that it may be a phishing attempt to get you to log in to a site that appears to be Apple and divulge your password or credit card information. See: Avoid phishing emails, fake 'virus' alerts, phony support calls, and other scams - Apple Support

and https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201679

You can use the following instructions to determine if it is a real charge, what it is for, and to report a problem: Get help with an item purchased from the App Store, iTunes Store, or iBooks Store - Apple Support

If you have a recurring charge for the same amount each month, see: View, change, or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support

Where you are you seeing these 'charges' ? On the purchase history of an iTunes account linked to the card : See your purchase history in the iTunes Store on a Mac or PC - Apple Support ? Email / phishing email ? Credit card statement ?

If it shows on your iTunes account but you didn't buy it, and if nobody else has access to the account and did it, change the account's password if you haven't already done so (What to do after you change your Apple ID email address or password - Apple Support) and contact iTunes Support : http://reportaproblem.apple.com or https://www.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html

If it doesn’t show on your account(s) (and if it isn’t : About payment card authorization holds in the iTunes Store - Apple Support) contact the card issuer
