Apple Music & Netflix App

So I didnt have the available funds in my bank account to pay my Apple Music subscription & Netflix subscription which both bill through my Apple account using my thumb print. So I finally updated my payment information with a different credit card but it’s saying that both subscriptions have been cancelled. When I go to re-new my Netflix subscription through the app it redirects me to a webpage where I have to enter my credit card again. When I go to play the music downloaded on my phone it says I need to purchase an zapple Music plan and when I try that it says my Apple ID has been disabled.


Is there a way for me to get those two subscriptions to charge again through the apps themselves?
