My mac can't detect a bluetooth device call "Trekz Air" how can I change it so my mac can detect the device?

The device is "Trekz Air" and I'm trying to connect to my mac but the Bluetooth can't detect the device. I tried turning it off and on for both of my devices and I made sure when I was trying to connect the devices that there were no other devices that could disturb the connections.

iMac 17,1 - USB bluetooth dongle not working in Monterey Hi The onboard bluetooth on my iMac 17,1 stopped working a couple of years ago and I brought a USB bluetooth dongle which has been working fine in Catalina and Big Sur, with AirDrop and everything working, but does not work at all in Monterey. Bluetooth icon has a line through it and cannot be turned on. Under system report I can see a device BCM_4350C2 with Vendor ID - 0x004C (Apple) under bluetooth which I suspect is the non-working onboard device Under USB I can see BCM20702A0 with vendor ID - 0x0a5c (Broadcom) which is obviously the USB dongle I see a lot of reports of problems with bluetooth on Monterey, is there a way to get this work? If you're still having trouble, I'd suggest contacting their support.

Put the Trekz Air into pairing mode according to the manufacturer's instructions.
