When my fingers (hand or any object) are placed in front of the frontal camera, it lock my screen with the "black screen", can't do anything while anything is in front of the frontal camera.
Can i disable this function? Where? How?

Reboot your phone. It sounds like the Proximity Sensor is being active all the time. Rebooting your phone will likely solve this. Press and hold BOTH the power and home buttons at the SAME time until the Apple Logo appears (hold past the swipe to shut down) and then let go of both and your phone will restart.
