how to unlock apple ID without recovery email?

So my Ipod 5 had updated a while back and I recently went back on it and it wanted me to put to register it again. (It asked the same questions it does when you first get it) But when I get to the apple ID, I put it in and first it says and it says its locked so go to appleid.apple.com to fix it. So I went on here and logged in and it said my apple ID is locked and it gives me 2 options, to either go to the email linked to my account or answer the security questions. The problem is that the email is a yahoo email and was made like 4 years ago and I don't know the phone number linked to the account so yahoo won't let me login. I'm having the same problems with the security questions as well, I don't remember the answer to them and after a few tries that option was taken away. So I don't know what to do.
