My phone won’t send regular text message

My phone won’t send regular text message!!! To send one I have to turn on iMessage, hold down the message before it sends, and press ‘send as text message’.... After that it still says ‘Not Delivered’!!!!!! Someone please help me this is really annoying!!!

The ability to send/receive standard text messages is a cellular carrier-controlled feature.

Contact them.
