“unable to access server” from Securus App

Trying to use Securus App on iphone. Works all the time but not today. On iPhone using hotel WiFi. “Error-server not available please try again” is message received. Also cannot access Securus website from my browser, but I can access everything else. Is something blocking this App? Is something blocking my phone from accessing that website? Any ideas? I already deleted and re-loaded the app; no luck. Thank you!

If you can open and connect other different apps, it could be only that app's server that doesn't work today (it happens).

Contact the App's support team and ask them.
