Delete Languages
I have no need for any other language than English. How do I delete any other language that is on my computer?

Language files are stored in each Application. Go to the application then right-click on the application to "Show contents" > Resources > lproj files are the language files.
It's a bit of a chore are you sure you need to do this?
Actually, there is Monoligual, a longtime app for the purpose of deleting unwanted language files. I didn't realize it was still around and updated.

But be careful, I'm reading various reports of Monolingual not working as expected.
Thank you for your responses. More work to delete than to keep so I will keep them. I was concerned because when I would type a letter, if it had a corresponding foreign letter, I would have an option to select sometime 7 different characters for the letter. While working this problem I think I may have found a problem. I had both a mouse and the track pad active for the computer. I turned off the mouse and now I do not get the other characters. I cannot explain this but now that the mouse if off all is well. Interesting to say the least.

Yes, I agree. I can't explain turning the mouse off either.

That's the best way to go. Many people have destroyed their systems by making mistakes with apps that "clean" their macs.
The accent menu is supposed to be standard behavior when you hold down a key.
