iCloud app not available on my iPad but I have iOS 11

there is no option to show the iCloud app on my tablet settings and when I try going to app in App Store i get this notice saying not available on my device, yet same screen says it is compatible with my device, when I do spotlight search I get directed back to App Store with same notice. I already reset my home screen to factory settings but it didn’t show up. I have a newer iPad with iOS 11. I’ve tried restarting nothing is working User uploaded file

iPad Air Wi-Fi, iOS 11.2.6

The app your looking for is named Files.


The iCloud Drive App was changed to the Files App with iOS 11.
