Hello Chelsea,

Thank you for reaching out in Apple Support Communities. Apple Music is a great feature. I want to help get it working for you. If you go to Settings > iTunes & App Store > View Apple ID > Subscriptions, your Apple Music should show there with a renewal month. Also check for it under the Expired section. If it does show as an active subscription, try quitting the app and restarting your iPhone first. If this still doesn't work, try signing out of iTunes & App Store, restart, and then sign back in.
