The default iOS Photos app doesn't allow access to any image metadata.

You would need to purchase and use a third party iOS image editor that displays such info AND/OR an EXIF data reading app, but those may only give you the pixel dimensions, but not the actual DPI/ppi resolution of an image.


Check out this app to see if this would work for you. This app displays image DPI.
