Netflix bill

I was informed by Apple and Netflix that my Netflix, which is billed through Itunes, would not go through because I needed to update my credit card info. I did this in early May when I received my new card.


I chatted with Netflix, and they said I needed to address it with Apple. Can you please help correct this problem.

If you've updated the card on the account (Change or remove your Apple ID payment information in the iTunes Store - Apple Support) and it was accepted and the payments aren't going through, contact iTunes Support as instructed (these are user forums, you're not talking to iTunes Support nor Apple on here) : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww
