Exchange Account

I have an iphone7 and I have downloaded the latest software version. Since then I keep receiving a pop up box to enter my "Exchange account password" I do NOT have an app like pictured on the previous page for this feature. How then do I stop this from coming up when I go on mail, etc? I don't know where it came from or cannot get rid of it.

iPhone 7, iOS 11.4

Hello audreyfromscranton,

I understand that you keep receiving a pop up message to enter an Exchange account password on your iPhone 7 and you can't stop it from reappearing. I'll be happy to help you with this.

First, see if there is an Exchange account listed in Settings > Accounts & Passwords > Accounts. If there is, tap it, and then choose Remove. If you don't see an account listed there, see if there is an Exchange profile installed and try to remove that. Tap Settings > General > Profiles.

Let me know what happens and if you still need any help with this.

Regards.
