My phone pop a message up saying I had a virus!
I recieved a message saying my phone has a virus’s and it is 27.3 percent damaged the virus is virus. (4) and I need to download VPN to get rid of it? Was wondering if this is true or what I should do?

You don't need to download anything.
See if restarting your iPhone gets rid of that message.
