How do I remove the pride flag from my iPhone and Apple Watch?

The emoji? Can't remove it unless Apple decides to remove it since there's no way to customize it by removing any symbols. You can just ignore it if you don't use it.

You can't remove the Pride watch face from the New in WatchOS section at all. That would have to be removed by Apple and it has to be there so they can offer it to people who want it.

I think that is what you were referring to. All you can do is ignore it or stop using the app and watch.
