This is the case id no ***** which i was charged the amount of 789.00 INR for fashion style cam that charge was not authorize by me I have asked for refund the iTunes people said it will refund Within ten business days,but till now I haven’t got my refund yet

Ten business days is effectively two weeks. Write to this address and draw their attention to it.
