When a new Apple wireless air-pod warranty will start?

It is automatically activated on the purchase date. Your receipt is usually what you should take with you if you need service.

If you study the link I gave you you may find you qualify for Apple care + though that has to be paid for.

The warranty does indeed start. at the date of purchase and that probably means the shipping date if it is ordered online. You should be able to tell by the quality of the packaging. Apple packaging is truly immaculate and providing there are no signs of it being opened I think you can relax

warranty are not decided by the company it's set by the laws of your country and it's the same for all things (excluding stuff like food) unless a company choose to set a warranty at a higher level then what your countries laws require
