Message alert but no message
I have one message alert but no message. How do I delete the alert?

Reboot your phone and it will likely go away. Press and keep holding both the volume down and power buttons at the same time (hold past swipe to shut down) until the Apple Logo appears, then let get of both buttons and your iPhone will reboot. You won't lose any data or settings.
