How to access data inside an offloaded app?

Hey, so I had a app that stored photos and videos in it that I've been using for about 2 years now. Recently the app got offloaded off my phone, and then the app was deleted from the app store. So, I cant reinstall it and I don't have access to the photos that I stored on it anymore. Does anyone know how I can access the data for the offloaded app? It would really suck if I lost all of the photos I had on there.
