iTunes card issues
I bought an iTunes gift card at Kroger store and got home I couldnt redeem it, it says “the gift card certificate or prepaid card code you entered has not been properly activated“ and I should visit Apple support for help
Ask the people at Kroger or theiTunes Store stafffor assistance.
