Although there are numerous guides on how to do this on the Internet (creating a Hackintosh), the macOS Software License Agreement specifically prohibits installing, using or running "the Apple Software on any non-Apple-branded computer, or enable others to do so". (Section 2 subsection J).

No, you can't.

However, it IS possible to install Windows alongside macOS on any Mac that uses an Intel processor. Details can be found here: How to install Windows on your Mac with Boot Camp - Apple Support

To swap between Windows and macOS:

1. Restart your Mac while holding down the Option key. Release the key when Startup Manager appears, and you're prompted to select a startup disk to boot.
2. Use the arrow keys to select the OS you wish to boot, then do one of the following:
   1. To boot this OS once, hit Enter (Return).
   2. To set this volume as the default startup disk (along with the OS installed on it), hold down the Control key as you hit Enter (Return).
