I would like to see how much a iPhone 8 plus screen repair is? Also the back is smashed does that effect the phone or do I have to get it repaired as well?

That looks like a perfect candidate for an out of warranty replacement purchase rather then a repair.
I should have added that to my post. Yep, this puppy will need to be replaced completely.
