Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT
I pay monthly at Verizon for my iPhone 7 to work properly. I downloaded the new 11.4 update and now my phone does not work. I can’t call or receive calls. Siri is unavailable. I can’t use headphone. I can’t even get the phone to stop freezing on calls when it try’s to answer. I want a new phone or a solution to the problem Apple created. As a concerned Customer I hope you can help me.

After all that and you have no joy, make a genius bar appointment with Apple for an evaluation.
FWIW, my iPhone 7 works perfectly win iOS 11.4
It’s not working, I don’t understand how y’all can even release an update knowing that it will have issues. What a waste of time.
