Card is declining

When i was updating my apps then its asks for billing verification but when i enter my carf details then it declined please resolve this i m not able to download anything

Billing information being declined My card is constantly being declined and I keep getting “Cannot verify payment information” even though my card has sufficient funds and its never given this problem before. Check that the billing information was entered correctly. If so, contact your bank or the iTunes Store staff.
