Emac wont go to re store mode

eMacs are too old to use Recovery like current Macs. As macjack says, you need the disks that came with it, or a full retail install disk of the appropriate OS version. Early eMacs are constrained to OS 10.4.11 and newer ones can run no higher than OS 10.5.8. Any newer OS disk with not work at all.

If you still have the install discs that shipped with your Mac use Install Disc 1 and boot holding the C key.
