Can a locked note be deleted without confirmation?

Can a "locked" note be deleted without confirmation? I accidentally deleted a very important Note. Fortunately, I was able to recover it. I have now "locked" it and wonder if I will receive a confirmation "Are you sure?" before deletion? My sanity would like to know...
