I don't know if this is under the right category but lemme try this anyway. Whenever I try to check my storage, the settings app freezes. It freezes when the Recommendations load in. The rest of my phone is fine so I have to force close settings in the app switcher.
Try restarting your phone. What specific selection are you making when you open the Settings app? There are two places where you can check storage.
It can take a while for iOS to calculate storage. You may not be giving it enough time
I'm choosing iPhone Storage in the General tab.
Restarting my phone doesn't seem to be working either.
The app freezes then crashes so I don't think thats it.
