Store return policy in Qatar

I bought a new iPhone 8 yesterday at star link but I would like to switch it for a iPhone 8+ instead. I called the store and they refused to take it back and switch for a 8+. I will pay the difference, no problem. Can you help please?

Since you purchased from an independent unauthorized seller, you must deal with them for any returns, refunds or changes. Apple’s return/refund policy does not apply when you purchase from some other independent company.


The only Apple Authorized iPhone sellers in Qatar appear to be Vodafone and Ooredoo. Since you did not buy from an Authorized seller, you also did not buy a retail new device. You bought at best a used device.
