You can’t. FaceTime is banned in Pakistan.

The government of Pakistan currently filters and bars use of FaceTime in their country. Just as they have done so at times to bar Facebook. Virtually all internet traffic in Pakistan is routed by Government owned and operated hardware, so they can and do actively censor internet content and access. Just as China and others also do.
