What is the dotted green line in pages mean?

The green line below the word "park" is the Grammar checker suggesting this use of the word may be a grammatical or usage error. You can turn the 'live' checker off by unchecking the highlighted item in the Spelling and Grammar submenu in the Edit menu.
The red line under "harbourfront" is the spelling checker saying 'I can't find this word in my dictionary. Are you sure it's correct?' (I'm not certain it's a compound word, but I understand why the spelling checker would not find the harbour part, one of many words where the US dictionaries have dropped the u, kept by Brits and Canadians.)
