Safari iOS bookmarks exporting to Chrome iOS or Chrome for Windows 10

Hey guys, as apple no longer support safari for windows how can i export Safari bookmarks to Chrome on Windows 10 or iOS. I have phone apps of both but i’m pretty certain tasks like this can’t be done in ios i have way too many bookmarks in different folders to re-save into Chrome manually site by site. Many thanks guys, any suggestions received greatly.
