You should do what it's instructing you to do. Plug it into your computer and restore the latest version of iOS using iTunes, then re-activate it.
Thank you! The thing is that i do not want to loose all the data i have on my phone (e.g. photos) since i did not do a security save to iCloud or to my computer. Its about 6000 photos and also videos.
Also I am using iOS 9 and I am aware of updating it to 11. Do you recommend something else?
