how to unlock my disabled iphone?

My iphone 6s is disabled and is telling me to connect to itunes but when i try to connect it. it says unknown error 0xE80000015. Ive literally tried everything the phone just comes back on saying its disabled connect to itunes but itunes wont let me connect. can someone help me please?

You need iTunes 12.7.4 or later.
