So i ordered this off (Amazon) i got it today (6/18/18) and it wont connect to my pc it says (Usb Device Not Reconized) please help i have been working on it for 7 hours now
iPod touch, wont connect to pc
- Make sure that your iOS device is unlocked and on the Home screen.
- Make sure that you have the latest version of iTunes that works with your computer.
- Check that you have the latest software on your Mac or Windows PC.
- Make sure that your device is turned on.
- If you see a Trust this Computer alert, unlock your device and tap Trust.
- Unplug all USB accessories from your computer except for your device. Try each USB port to see if one works. Then try a different Apple USB cable.
- Restart your computer and iPhone, iPad, or iPod.
- Try connecting your device to another computer. If you have the same issue on another computer, contact Apple Support.

Actually my problem is that songs I have purchased are disappearing from my ipod, sometimes when I check my purchase list they are there and others they are not, thanks for your reply, looking forward to fixing this, Glenn
