Cookies in Safari?

I have the same issue - along with:

My MacBook Air is *never* recognized by my car insurance website ...

My Macbook Air is *always* treated as a new device AppleID ...

And the worst of it has happened since I updated High Sierra. (I'm on 10.13.6 now.)

My bank and insurance company have told me to consult Apple.

settings->safari->

scroll to privacy & security

and uncheck [block all cookies]

but many electronic bank sites rely on plugs which is not on mobile browser

which mean they make apps insted
