Weather app has problem

My weather app has a background problem. For example, when it rains, the image must be the falling rain. When it is cloudy, the image is flying clouds. The stars are flashing stars. On my phone only static images. So how to overcome this situation. I use 8 plus

I understand that your Weather app is not updating properly. I'll be happy to provide some steps that may help in this situation. What I'd like to have you check is to go to Settings > General > Accessibility > Reduce Motion and make sure that is off. Then open the Weather app and see if the background has movement like you'd expect.
