Ipad exchange
Hi,
I got a new Ipad as a gift and I want to upgrade it to Ipad pro.
Does apple store accept exchange without receipt?
I haven't opened the original package.

Returns can only be made within 14 days of purchase and only with the original receipt. If the device was purchased somewhere other than an Apple store, you would have to follow that store's return policy.
Otherwise, you can sell the device and use the funds to help pay for the new iPad.
