How do I cancel a preorder of an album?

Hi, today i bought the preorder of sweetner in itunes, but i cant cancel it, i go "manage preorders" I give in cancel but it also keeps appearing

If you can't cancel it yourself try contacting iTunes Support and see if they can do it for you : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww
