Hello guys,
If I open app Friends, click on my little cousin and notify me when he lefts a place, will he receive a notification too?
Is it possible to know last locations of his account? Like a route of his steps?

The only way you can see where someone is located is for them to have turned on the option to Share their location. It is not something you can do without their knowledge.
