I received an email from Apple that I have to update my Apple ID because there is another account used my Apple ID when I went to update my information they ask me for my Social Security number is that OK? Or this is kind of fake email?
It's a total scam. Apple has no need or use for your SSN. Also, Apple wouldn't suddenly out of the blue tell you that your Apple ID needs to be updated.
