Apple Direct Billing service

Hi I wish to ask on Apple Direct Service purchase details, as my digi bill was charge by Apple using the transaction of iTunes MTD5XTFT19.

I did not perform this transaction and it had automatically charge me for RM 114.90.

Please help to check on this issue and you can reach me by ******** and *********@gmail.com

We are fellow users and these are user public forums, don't post your email address (unless you like spam emails).


Look at the purchase histories of all iTunes accounts linked to the card : See your purchase history in the iTunes Store - Apple Support


If it shows there and if you didn't do it (and if nobody else you've given access to the account did it), change the account's password and contact iTunes Support e.g. via your purchase history or the 'contact support' link at the top right of every page on here.
