I recently bought a charger for my series 7000 42mm Apple Watch. I bought the first charger I saw and now when I charge my watch it says that the acessory is not supported by Apple and dies again before i can pair it to my phone. The charger I bought is the 1mm magnetic Charger. When I first connect the Watch to the charger it does show the green bolt but as I said dies before i can change it

The Apple charger for Apple Watch is a 2 piece kit, the magnetic charging cable and a mains adaptor with USB output. Pretty much any USB port will provide enough power to charge a watch, so it is likely your incompatibility is the cable. Get the proper Apple cable and power it from your iPhone charging adaptor.
If your cable and adaptor are already genuine Apple and you get the error there’s a problem. Either the watch or the charging accessories may be defective. Test with alternate accessories, and if the problem persists Contact Apple Support

Other brand? If so which one?
You can use your iPhone charger to charge the Apple watch just fine.
The Apple Watch I got is 2 years old and I only recently opened it I have never used it before the original charger I got was cut by my cat so I bought the charger I currently have it has a silver edge but the charger I origionally had was fully white is there a difference that I’m not aware of?
Don’t worry about the appearance if both are genuine Apple accessories. I have an all white plastic gadget that came with my watch, and the longer version from Apple Store has a metal back to the magnetic head.

Your watch’s magnetic charging cable and your iphone’s Lightning cable (should) both have a USB plug. Your Apple iPhone power adaptor/charger has a USB output socket. Need I say more?
Thank you so much so this probably means there is a problem with my watch yes? Because I have tried everything it have recommended but still doesn’t work think I will take it to the store

In which case yes, the cable may have an issue or a bit less likely the watch.
Take it into an Apple store, so they can check it out.
