Deleting Voicemail Messages

How is it that when I delete my voicemails, they all seem to come back? When I click the Edit button, I select all of voicemail messages I wish to delete, the click on "Delete". Within seconds, they immediately reappear? How is this possible? I've tried deleting them individually and the same thing happens. What gives?

iPod touch, OS X El Capitan (10.11.6)

Voicemail is full I get the message "Voicemail is full" now and then. I delete some voicemail messages one-by-one and the problem goes away for a while. There are hundreds of old messages in my voicemail. Is there any way to delete bunches of them in bulk, or is one-by-one the only way? Using an iPhone SE and iOS 15.1.

iPhone voicemail I cannot find where to delete the messages I have deleted in voicemail. My mailbox is full even though it has 4 current messages. It does not “pop up” when I enter the voicemail area. I can delete my voicemail but cannot delete the ones that have already been deleted. How can I get access to those deleted messages?

How do I save more than one voicemail at a time? I have about 200 messages on my phone that I want to make sure are saved. It seems like the only way to save a voicemail message is to select the message, click the transfer button, and select airdrop or whatever app and upload it, then go to the next message, and do the same, and the next, and so on. For 200 messages that will take a dedicated chunk of time really paying attention and double checking everything is saved. What I want is a way to "select all" for all of the messages. There's not even a way to "select all" with deleting voice mails. Is there a secret way to do this, or is it just not possible?

I want you to try some things before we get to the full restore and set up as new step. Try going to settings>general>reset>reset all settings.

I did just as instructed. But they keep coming back. It's like their haunting me. Any other suggestions?

force restart your device. I just deleted my voicemails and went into recently deleted and cleared them and they are gone.
