Hiding Apple Watch data
if a friend has disappeared from today’s activity but I still see their previous days and have the option to hide my activity or remove them does this mean they have hidden their activity data frkm me or removed me?

Stop sharing
- Open the Activity app on your iPhone.
- Tap the Sharing tab, then tap your friend.
- Tap Remove Friend. After you remove a friend, they can't see your activity, and you can't see their activity. To start sharing again, send your friend a new invite.
