Notes not synced from iCloud to iPad Pro iOS 11.4

Hi Community,

I have very annoying issue. The notes from iCloud don’t sync to my iPad Pro 10.5 iOS 11.4. I tried to logout from iCloud, rebooted iPad - nothing helps. When I come to the Notes and create new Note under iCloud account - it disappears after some time. The thing is on all other devices using the same icloud ID there is no such problem (Iphone, iPad Air, macbook).
